Saleswoman In The Making

While playing Thirty-One, Sunday afternoon at Granny Garton's house, Haley and I had an extremely intense conversation:


"Haley, you will never guess what I did the other day……….I played Wii!"

"Isn't it so much fun??? I asked for one for Christmas and I really hope that I get it!!!"

"I know! I really want one too, but they are so expensive!"

"It is okay, you have your yard sale money! We could go buy one this afternoon!"

"Haley, I wish that I could, but I need that money to pay bills. I really like electricity."

"Oh, come on Aunt Heather! JUST BURN CANDLES!"


(And for a split second….I considered it.)
